Patients Share Their Hospice Story to Help Bring Hope and Comfort to Others

Although much as been written about hospice care, and there is a general understanding of its benefits for those at the end of life, many have questions and misconceptions about this health care service for adults and children living with a serious or terminal illness. For those who have been touched by a hospice experience, the common remark for most is “I wish I would have known about hospice sooner.” Perhaps, sharing the story of hospice by those who have experienced it firsthand, as the following seven minute video depicts,  is a more powerful and meaningful way to help others learn about this important health care benefit.
