In honor of National Hospice and Palliative Care Month, San Diego Hospice and The Institute for Palliative Medicine invites you to join our first-ever Tweet Chat, Friday November 18 at 11am(PST). During this time we’d like to discuss current hospice and palliative care initiatives and come together as a true global community.

Why: It’s time to spread positive awareness and encourage a sense of community among peers, patients and caregivers, and to bring everyone together to help solve problems facing our community collectively and provide the best experience possible, globally.
What: We would love for you all to share your thoughts, supportive stories, and memories about hospice and palliative care through a global conversation online using the hashtag #WeAreHospice on Twitter. If you have any suggestions of specific and topics you’d like us to discuss, please tweet us at @SanDiegoHospice.
